Think I will leave details for later, as the List of Facts now important to me is:
- Have job - GOOD
- Have to work at 9 a.m. tomorrow - BAD
- Gmail is not working - BAD
- Have read HP6 twice - GOOD
Right, might as well catch up with things while I wait for Gmail to spring back to life.**
**Thought as I typed this: My golly it just has! *checks* No, it hasn't.
Edit: Holy canary, people, I just skipped 200 entries on my flist and I'm still not seeing a date of before I went! Anything you particularly want me to read? Because there's no way I'm going to be able to keep track of all that!

Well, see, *that* I missed
That's what vacation does to you, especially in a country where you have less than a farthing's grasp of the language and have no access to newspapers anyway.Came home, picked up a newspaper which casually mentioned "London" and went, "Huh? London?" *ruffles through two weeks' worth of newspapers* "OMG!"

(And few and I have been looking for you!)

Re: Ooh, bribes
Well, few and I were reading THIS updated page and were thinking, 'Who do we know in Amsterdam'?Silly ticket buying restrictions.
How big of a bribe are we talking?
*smiles nicely*

Re: Ooh, bribes
Well, among others, I'll bring a camara with me when I try to obtain the tickets and you and few will have to look at them, laugh at every lame joke I would care to make when you listen to and pretend to be entertained by the horrid tale of when I was forced to go into town during the Uitmarkt! *evil grin*And, of course, since I'm too lazy to look it up and it has slipped my mind again (*sigh* Oh, Neville!), you'd have to tell me which tour I would be procuring tickets for.
*thinks of other bribes*
(My mother's sending me off to bed now.)

Welcome back! I hope you'll be posting pics!
You've read HP6 twice already! Goodness, I'm only half-way through.
My big news with me is that my husband and I did go to Toronto after all, but hit a deer on the way. It did a lot of damage to the car (though miraculously it may have survived; no carcass found), so we had to turn back home and rent a car. But we made it safely in the end, and returned safely, baruch Hashem. I hope your trip was more pleasant than that.
